Apricot Cooler

  • 2 oz Apricot-flavored Brandy
  • 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 2 oz Club Soda or Ginger Ale
  • Ice (cracked)
  • Orange or Lemon Peel

In a glass, dissolve powdered sugar in the club soda. Stir. Fill glass with cracked ice and add brandy. Add club soda or and stir again. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel and dangle end over rim of glass.

  • 3 dashes Heavy Cream

Pour creme de cacao into a chilled cocktail glass and drop the dashes into a spoon. Let cream float on the liqueur; do not mix.
