Cardinal Punch

  • 2 750-ml. bottles Red Wine (dry)
  • 1 pt. Cognac
  • 1 pt. Rum
  • 3 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • ½ cup Sugar syrup
  • 1 750-ml. bottle Champagne
  • 2 l. Club Soda
  • Orance Slices

Mix ingredients in a chilled punch bowl, with a block of ice. Add champagne before serving. Garnish with orange slices. Serves about 45.
