Jamaican Jeffe
- 1 ½ oz Brandy
- 1 scoop Lemon, Orange, or Rainbow Sherbet
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- Club Soda
Add Brandy, Triple Sec, and Sherbet to a glass. Fill with club soda and stir. Top with grated nutmeg.

- 1 Lemon
- Sugar cubes
- Spring water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Grated nutmeg
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 750-ml. bottle of Wine (drinker’s choice)
Peel lemon with sugar cubes and place in a pitcher with boiling water along with the rest of the sugar cubes. After sugar dissolves add wine and more boiling water if necessary. Serves about 10.
