Jericho Julep

  • 2 ½ oz Bourbon
  • ½ oz Green Creme de Menthe
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 5 Chopped Mint Leaves
  • Club Soda
  • ½ cup ice

Chop mint well. Blend all ingredients without ice. Pour into a glass half filled with ice cubes. Fill with club soda and top with a mint sprig.
