- 1 ½ oz Gin
- 1 dash Bitters
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 2 tbsp Papaya Syrup
- Club Soda
- Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass half filled with ice cubes. Fill with club soda and stir well. Top with a pineapple ring and a paper umbrella.
