- 3 oz. Dry Gin
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- ½ tablespoon powdered sugar
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
Shake well with ice and strain into glass. Add a dash of soda water if desired.
Note: Can be made with whiskey instead of gin.

- 5 oz.Wine (drinker’s preference)
- Club Soda
- Lemon Slice
Dissolve syrup in lemon juice in a collins glass. Fill with wine and club soda. Garnish with lemon slice.
