Vodka Collins
- 2 oz Vodka
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
- Club Soda
- Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass 1/3 full of ices cubes. Fill with club soda, and stir. Top with a slice of lemon and a cherry. Serve with a straw.

- 12 750-ml. bottles of Red Wine (dry)
- 2 750-ml. bottles of Oloroso
- ½ l. Brandy
- 1 pt. Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Dark Rum
- 1 cup Maraschino Liqueur
- 5 l. Club Soda
- 5 l. Ginger Ale
Mix ingredients in a chilled punch bowl and refrigerate for several hours. Before serving, add soda and ginger ale with a block of ice. Serves at least 160.
