Zanzibar

  • 2 oz. Dry Vermouth
  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 sugar cube
  • Several dashes orange bitters
  • Lemon Peel

Saturate sugar cube with bitters in a wine glass. Mix other ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into glass. Twist lemon peel and drop into drink.
